Make your own blog, read the blog of other members.
Anonymous users can only read blogs.
Take a look in the support corner. There you can follow ongoing discussions, questions and answers related to being jobless. Anonymous users get the message "No forums defined".
You can take part and post your own topics, even apply for a custom forum if you are a member.
If members of this community feel the need to create a subgroup within the community, they can apply for an organic group. These groups are public, which means every member will be able to join such a group. The Group page lists the existing public groups.
