Intellectual Property

All members of this community as well as all donators, challengers and supporters, agree and acknowledge that the author who is the first to formulate, introduce and/or launch an original idea, owns at all times the intellectual property and copyrights. J4J only facilitates a platform for the exchange of ideas and is in no way responsible for ownership and intellectual property disputes.

Supporter Policy

We are thankful for anyone who is willing to donate, sponsor or advertise. This, however, doesn't mean we automatically accept financial support from everybody.

True to our mission and philosophy, we want to be as sure as possible that companies, organizations or individuals who want to donate, sponsor or advertise, are in accordance with our community's goals and social, ethical and ecological values. This is the main reason why we invite candidate supporters to register. It will enable us to examine your request carefully before approving. As a donator or a sponsor, you than will receive a login and password and become a member of our community.

Where it is believed that supporters fail to comply with the jobless4jobless community's Terms & Conditions or to have breached it's policy, cooperation will be stopped and further support refused.  Consequently, the names of these supporters will be removed from the Supporters List.

Community Guidelines

Acceptable website and email use policy If you send personal messages and internal email within the jobless4jobless community, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.Use of personal messaging or email by members, challengers or supporters of jobless4jobless is permitted and encouraged where such use supports the goals and objectives of our community. However, jobless4jobless has a policy for the use of email whereby you must ensure that you:

  • comply with current legislation
  • use email in an acceptable way
  • do not create unnecessary risks to the community by the misuse of the Internet

Unacceptable behavior

  • use of the jobless4jobless communications systems to set up personal commercial project or send chain letters
  • forwarding of jobless4jobless confidential information and/or messages to external locations
  • uploading, distributing, disseminating or storing images, text or materials that might be considered indecent, pornographic, obscene or illegal
  • uploading, distributing, disseminating or storing images, text or materials that might be considered discriminatory, offensive or abusive, in that the context is a personal attack, sexist or racist, or might be considered as harassment
  • accessing copyrighted information in a way that violates the copyright
  • breaking into jobless4jobless or another organization's system or unauthorized use of a password/mailbox
  • broadcasting unsolicited personal views on social, political, religious or other non-community related matters
  • transmitting unsolicited commercial or advertising material
  • undertaking deliberate activities that waste members' effort or networked resources
  • introducing any form of computer virus or malware into the jobless4jobless network

Monitoring
Jobless4jobless accepts that the use of email is a valuable tool. However, misuse can have a negative impact upon the reputation of the community. In addition, all of the company’s email resources are provided for community purposes. Therefore, jobless4jobless maintains the right to examine any systems and inspect any data recorded in those systems. In order to ensure compliance with this policy. jobless4jobless also reserves the right to use monitoring software in order to check upon the use and content of emails.

Sanctions
Where it is believed that a user has failed to comply with this policy, he or she will face the community's disciplinary procedure. If a user is found to have breached the policy, he or she will face a disciplinary penalty ranging from a verbal warning to banning from the jobless4jobless community.

Agreement
All users who have been granted the right to use jobless4jobless communications tools and services are confirming their understanding and acceptance of this policy. Besides these Community Guidelines we invite you to also read the Manifesto carefully.
