Administration

Transparency and openness, as we mentioned in our philosophy, are important values for us. Therefore, administration and accounting of the J4J Foundation, will be open for all members, donators and sponsors. Once the Foundation will be established, a detailed section 'administration' will become available.

Community Decision Making (CDM)

Important decisions, whether about ideas, projects, Requests for Grants, investments or strategic choices, will be taken as democratic as possible. These decisions will be clearly communicated and every member will be notified when a community decision has to be made. The majority of votes within a predefined period, coupled with a quorum will result in a community decision. The process of decision making can be canceled or eventually postponed, if the quorum is not reached. An archive of community decisions will be available at all times.
