The hive is irredeemably social, unabashedly of many minds, but it decides as a whole. A hive possesses an intelligence that none of its parts does and the collective hive mind transcends the small individual mind.

Connecting the disconnected

Jobless4jobless (J4J) aims to transform negativism and alienation, inherently related to being jobless, into positive attitudes and action. J4J therefore offers jobless a global platform to tell their story, to connect with soul mates and most of all to share and care.

The power of self-organization

J4J stimulates jobless to unleash their ideas, their dreams and passions. By providing tools to cooperate, jobless can take advantage of the huge potential of skills to develop sustainable ideas into real world projects, redirecting career objectives for some, motivating others to start up their own business and to achieve self-employment. The supportive nature of J4J invites jobless to become more motivated and to take part, to challenge their idle skills and to feel useful and valuable again.

Solidarity and responsibility

The skills and solidarity of the J4J Community are not limited to jobless members, but also deployed for challenges from sustainable humanitarian projects and organizations. J4J doesn’t focus on an individualistic jobless approach, but rather on the intelligence, dynamics, benefits and power arising from a strong self-organized community.  J4J doesn’t bet on short-term or shortsighted solutions, but on sustainable solutions which...

• empower the individual in a more complete way, satisfying practical needs for sure, but also improving his/her well-being, wherein passions and dreams aren't neglected
• matter for all of us, as our society yearns for more responsible behavior in order to safeguard its future and to make the world a better place to live in

J4J Foundation

To support the J4J Community, a Foundation will be established, financed by revenues from donations, ads, sponsors and challengers' projects. Donators, sponsors and advertisers will be checked and only approved if their products and/or services correspond to the values of the J4J Community. The Foundation will provide seed money to J4J start-up projects, grants to challenge solvers and donations to non-profit projects. Priorities and decisions will be taken by voting, open and transparent to all who are involved.
