Why bees ...  Jobless Commnity

Humans can learn a lot from nature and although a few things were copied -like radar from bats, sonar from dolphins- there is much more to discover and to adapt. Certain birds, for example, jump on anthills, spreading their wings to capture the acid launched by angry ants to get their feathers 'chemically' cleaned from parasites.

But for us, bees look very interesting, particularly in the way they communicate, socially interfere and how their group behavior and democratic group decisions lead to collective benefit without stringent single leadership. No bee seems to be in charge, though every bee is engaged and involved. Individual freedom and collective responsibility: a marvelous duality.

This electronic platform could become a warm and buzzy bee-hive where individuals can freely fly in or out, contribute to the colony, benefit from its collective intelligence and organization. As a bee colony prospers by deploying its foragers to good fields of flowers, this platform could take the collective challenge to elaborate good ideas to usable projects and like the bee queen, our J4J Foundation could guarantee the sustainable future of the colony.
