Manifesto
This Manifesto, together with the Community Guidelines defines the spirit of J4J and what it means to be a member of this community. Your use of this platform is subject to these guidelines and our Terms & Conditions. Here are the DO's and DONT's:
A J4J member will be:
- supportive: the site has been created with a positive intent and we ask you to support this intention and share these words of encouragement
- open but respectful: our community is diverse and including many different types of people who may not think, believe or see the things as you do, so be polite and respectful in your interactions with other members
- honestly him/herself: it's already difficult to be yourself, so don't claim to be someone else or to have merits you don't possess.
- sharing and contributing: what you give is what you get and community behavior is all about mutual benefit
- positive: enjoy your time here, make friends, get inspired, believe in yourself and take positive action
- concerned: we rely on users to report inappropriate, commercial, illegal or abusive activities and we need your help to report misbehavior (see contact section)
A J4J member shall not:
- upload content that isn’t its own: use your own content or content in the public domain for your entries and images and respect the copyright of others
- upload explicit or offending content: any infringements will be reported
- spam the site: inappropriate, commercial, illegal or abusive activities are strictly forbidden and will lead to banning from the J4J website
- lie: don't lie about yourself or don't pretend to be jobless when you aren't
